📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • ✔️ Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • ✔️ Returned in their original condition.
  • ✔️ Original tags must remain attached.
  • ✔️ Free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • ✔️ Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Swimwear with the protective hygiene liner removed
  • Earrings
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Beauty products and accessories
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear

📝 How To Request A Return

Before sending back any item, please contact our Customer Support Team to obtain return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Receiving a damaged product
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For added security, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information.


📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


💳 Refunds

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.
